How do I make payment?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partner WorldPay. If you would prefer you can also make payment by cheque or postal order, please be aware that if you do so your order may take a little longer to reach you.
Delivery
For UK Mainland addresses we offer a selection of different postage and packaging charges to suit your needs:

Orders over £60 qualify for free Express Delivery
Please also note that surcharges on heavier items (Didicars, Wheelybugs, Kiddimoto or if the total weight of your order is over 2kg) will apply to the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. If a surcharge applies to your order we will contact you to arrange this or offer you a complete refund if you change your mind. Alternatively you can contact us prior to placing the order to find out if the surcharge is applicable.
We can also dispatch your order to outside the UK and prices are quoted at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Our Next Day service does not include collection or delivery on a Saturday or Sunday and is only available in the UK. Please ensure you order before 11am to qualify for next day delivery. If your order is placed after 11am we cannot guarantee it will be delivered next day.
Returns?
If you change your mind or are not happy for any reason, simply return the item to us within 30 days, unused and in it's original packaging. On receipt of the item we will issue you with a refund, this will exclude any postage, packaging and insurance costs that were incurred during the original order.
We always advise that you contact us prior to returning an item so that we can be aware it is being returned and easily match the return with your order. This will ensure that your refund is dealt with promptly.
I want one of your out-of-stock items, what do I do?
Don't worry if you pick something we don't have at that moment, we won't hold up the rest of your order. All the in-stock items you have chosen will be sent out as normal and as soon as your chosen item is back in stock we will send that along too. Dates when we expect new stock are displayed on the product page and we will notify you when the out-of-stock item is dispatched.
How will you package my order?
Ensuring safe delivery of your item is very important to us and every order is packed with great care. Where possible, we try to use recycled boxes and other materials during the packaging process.
