How do I make payment?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partners PayPal. If you would prefer you can also make payment by cheque or postal order, please be aware that if you do so your order may take a little longer to reach you.
For UK Mainland addresses we offer a selection of different postage and packaging charges to suit your needs:
Economy Delivery (usually 5-10 working days)FREE
Standard Delivery (usually 2-5 working days) 2.50
Express Delivery (usually within 2 working days) 7.25
Next Day Delivery 9.25
Orders over 25 qualify for free
Please also note that surcharges on heavier items (Theatres, Dolls Houses, Easels etc or if the total weight of your order is over 2kg) will apply to the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.
If a surcharge applies to your order we will contact you to arrange this or offer you a complete refund if you change your mind. Alternatively you can contact us prior to placing the order to find out if the surcharge is applicable.
We can also dispatch your order to outside the UK and prices are quoted at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Our Next Day service does not include collection or delivery on a Saturday or Sunday and is only available in the UK.
Please ensure you order before 11am to qualify for next day delivery. If your order is placed after 11am we cannot guarantee it will be delivered next day.
Need to return something?
If you change your mind or are not happy for any reason, simply return the item to us within 30 days, unused and in it's original packaging. Please use a secure delivery method when returning an item to us which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, in the rare event of the parcel going missing.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. On receipt of the item we will issue you with a refund, this will exclude any postage, packaging and insurance costs that were incurred during the original order.
We always advise that you contact us prior to returning an item so that we can be aware it is being returned and easily match the return with your order. This will ensure that your refund is dealt with promptly.
How will you package my order?
Ensuring safe delivery of your item is very important to us and every order is packed with great care. Where possible, we try to use recycled boxes and other materials during the packaging process.
