With your child, choose from the 14 activities to follow and each time or each day the child acts well, award them a star which they can place on the row. There are even blank pieces to write out your own activities; Use a dry pen and you can wipe them clean and start again. It is a good idea to agree in advance with the child a target and a reward for reaching it. Depending on your situation, targets can be daily or weekly and you may need to repeat activities to encourage the child to adopt the desired behaviour.
