Mealtimes can now be fun and healthy as children earn rewards for eating well. The 40 fruit and vegetable magnets also help children discover and try new and good foods. With your child, choose their reward and write it on the chart (e.g. a trip to the cinema). Each time during the day the child eats a portion of a fruit or vegetable, its magnetic piece goes on the 'plate'. A full plate in a day and you can place the marker on the first star. 7 stars earns the reward! This 5 a day reward chart has been specially designed in line with the Department of Health's 5 a day programme, to help keep children motivated and rewarded for eating a good balance of food.
